You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Undamaged
- In its original condition and packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, excluding Fridays.

Our products are crafted to the highest quality standards, manufactured both locally in Cairo, Egypt and internationally in Turkey.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer delivery across Egypt with the following shipping rates:
- Cairo & Giza: 70 EGP
- Other Governorates: 85 EGP
Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, excluding Fridays and public holidays.
